Data privacy is very important to Talent Trackers OÜ. We therefore make sure we carefully adhere to the legislation governing data protection and data security in all our online activities. In the following, you can find out which information we record during your visit to our homepage and how we use this information:

1. Recording of General Information

Information of a general nature is automatically collected whenever you access our website. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet Service Provider, and similar data. This is solely information that cannot be traced back to you in any way. This information is required from a technical perspective in order to correctly deliver the content from websites that you request and is a mandatory process when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is analyzed statistically by us in order to optimize our online presence and the backend technology associated with it.

2. Cookies

Cookies are used to automatically obtain certain information such as your IP address, the browser you use, the operating system on your computer and your connection to the Internet. Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. Using the information saved in cookies we can make navigation easier and have our websites displayed correctly.

Under no circumstances will we pass the information we save on to any third parties, nor will the information be linked to your personal data without your consent. You can, of course, also view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are often set to accept cookies. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time though in your browser’s settings. 3. Social Media Link / Share-Buttons

On our website we incorporate hyperlinks to various different social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. These (deactive) “Social Media buttons” are integrated in such a way that no contact is made with the respective social network without you activating the link by clicking on it. Whenever you click on the Social Media buttons and in doing so activate the link, a new window will open where you can register with the social network, in order to then e.g. recommend (like) or share the page selected. If you do not activate the links, none of your personal data will be transferred to social networks at any time.

4. Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details in the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in order to process the request, also in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

5. Comment Function

In addition to your comment, the comment function on this page respectively our blog will also contain information about when the comment was created, your e-mail address and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you selected. Your e-mail address will not be published.

6. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, i.e. text files, that are saved on your computer and which enable an analysis of how you use the website. The information obtained through the cookie about the use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. Due to the activation of the IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google however – if you are located within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory countries of the legislation act for the European economic region. Only in rare cases is the full IP address transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about website activities, and to provide further services to the website operator relating to website and online usage. The IP address obtained from your browser in relation to Google Analytics will not be brought into association with other data saved by Google.

In addition, you can prevent the recording of information obtained by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: Browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics. In addition or alternatively to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on the pages of our website by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie is then installed on your device. This means that that Google Analytics will not save any information for this website and this browser in future, for as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

7. Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts & Adobe Typekit)

We make use of script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) and Adobe Typekit in order to be able to display our content on our website in a correct and graphically appealing way on all browsers. Google Webfonts are transferred to avoid multiple loading in the cache of your browser. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, the content is shown in a standard font. Accessing script libraries and font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. During this process it is theoretically possible – although currently unclear whether this is the case and for what possible purposes – that operators of the respective libraries may record data.

Typekit is a service provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., which grants us access to a font library. In order to integrate the fonts used by us, your browser must establish a connection to an Adobe server in the USA and download the font required for our website. Adobe is informed this way that our website has been accessed from your IP address. 8. Google AdWords

Our website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have been forwarded to our website via an ad placed by Google, a cookie will be saved on your computer by Google Adwords. The cookie for conversion tracking is saved whenever a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. After 30 days these cookies lose their validity and do not serve to personally identify any individual user. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google are able recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and been forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie serves to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted to use conversion tracking. The customers find out the overall number of users who clicked on the ad and were forwarded to a page designated with a conversion tracking tag. They do not receive any information though that can be used to identify individual users personally. If you do not wish to be included in the tracking process you can opt not to accept the cookie that needs to be saved – e.g. in your browser settings where you can deactivate the automatic saving of cookies in general, or you can change your browser settings so that cookies are blocked from the domain “googleleadservices.com”.

Please note that you are not permitted to delete the opt-out cookies if you do not want any measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in your browser, you will need to save the respective opt-out cookie once again.

9. Use of Google Remarketing

The website makes use of the Remarketing feature provided by Google Inc. This functionality serves to present website visitors within the Google advertising network with advertisements relevant to the visitor’s interests. A so-called cookie is saved in the browser of the website visitor, which enables it to recognize this respective visitor whenever they visit websites that form a part of the advertising network of Google. Visitors can be shown advertisements on these websites that relate to content that the visitor has previously clicked on websites that make use of Google’s Remarketing feature.

According to its own information, Google does not save any personal data during this process. If you nevertheless do not want to make use of the Google Remarketing feature, you have the option of deactivating it under the following settings: http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-related advertising by following the instructions under http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

10. Right of access

Your rights to data disclosure, rectification, blocking, deletion and objection. You have the right to obtain information at all time about which of your personal data we have saved. You also have the right to rectify, block or delete your personal information, independently of the default saving of data for business processing. Please contact our Data Protection Officer directly here. You will find the contact details at the bottom of this page. In order to ensure that data blocking is possible at any time, data needs to be saved in a blocking file for monitoring purposes. You can also demand that data be deleted, provided there is no legal requirement to archive this information. If no such obligation applies, then we will block your data upon request. You also have the option to contact us to amend or revoke any consent you have previously granted with effect for the future.

11. Amendments to our data protection regulations

We reserve the right to make occasional changes to this DATA Privacy Policy to ensure that it is in line with current legal stipulations at all times or to ensure that changes to our services are incorporated accordingly, e.g. with the introduction of new services. The new policy will then apply when you visit the website again.
